Shipping policy

Volleyume apparel is made to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production time comes before shipping time. We ship to destinations available at checkout, including international destinations. Available methods, shipping charges, taxes, and the final total are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Production time, destination, product availability, customs processing, and carrier delays can affect delivery. Tracking will be sent when an order ships, where available. International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.

If a package is missing, contact malcolm@volleyume.com with your order number within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
